Why I still shoot film
Every photograph begins long before the shutter: with a walk, a question or a patch of light that refuses to be ignored. Today it is film.
Where I start
Start small. One lens, one location, one hour. Notice where the shadows fall and how they move, then let the picture come to you instead of chasing it.
The best frames are rarely the ones you planned.
The editing is the second half of the story. A gentle curve, a little warmth and a lot of restraint keep the image honest.
Most of all, stay curious. The best frames are rarely the ones you planned.
