Velvet Hours

A portrait series about patience, window light and the people who forget the camera is there. This project grew over several months, between assignments, and it is one of the bodies of work I am proudest of.

I stayed until the light stopped asking questions.

Every frame was made with natural light and a single camera. Prints from this series are available in the print room.
