The rules for working together.
Bookings
A date is held once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable but can be moved once.
Copyright and usage
The photographer keeps the copyright. You receive a personal print and sharing licence. Commercial use is licensed separately.
Delivery
Galleries are delivered online within the agreed time and stay available for twelve months.
Cancellations
If the studio has to cancel, you receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.
